Contact and other details you supply as part of the registration process are stored by us and used to provide you with the information you have requested.
You can remove any of the information that InterVid Productions holds about you, at any time, by logging in to your ‘InterVid’ account and choosing to close the account. See our full terms and conditions for refund and cancelation policies.
The website is protected against unauthorised access using the latest security devices and 'firewalls'. Casual users cannot access profile or account information. Registered users have to create an account and need a user name and password to enter the site. Jobseekers cannot access other Jobseekers profiles or Employers access other Employers.
Sharing of InterVId Data
InterVid Productions will also use the data it collects to anonymously identify recruitment trends and provide statistical information about site visitors and users to clients e.g. registered jobseekers, site visitors, available jobs, etc. We provide this information to clients, advertisers, suppliers and other reputable third parties for lawful purposes. Some of this information may be displayed on the InterVid Productions website.
Jobseeker Profile and CV information
When you complete your InterVid profile with or without your CV, it will not appear in searches until your InterVid has been added to the profile. Once available it is able to be viewed over the Internet and the CV to be downloaded by any pre-registered Employer who requests CVs matching your profile. InterVid does not screen Employers who join our network. Jobseeker CV and video details are only displayed to registered Employers (Companies and Agencies) and contact details are only displayed when inviting Jobseekers for interview.
If you choose to create an InterVid profile you must ensure that your details are kept up to date. Your InterVid will need to be reshot annually, you should regularly update your CV at least every six months, and make sure contact details and availability are accurate.
Important Note: Your current employer may have a direct or indirect relationship with InterVid Productions. InterVid cannot restrict the Employers who access profiles on our database and cannot be held responsible for any resulting consequences. As part of the registration process InterVid offers Jobseekers the option of remaining anonymous. Contact us for more details.
InterVid Productions reserves the right to remove from our database, CVs and profiles which are designed to mislead or include content that we consider to be illegal or inappropriate.
InterVid also reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove the accounts of anyone suspected of using the site inappropriately.
